1. The Submissions will be shared with the producers of Christopher Lowell Enterprises.
2. Neither Christopher Lowell Enterprises (CLE) nor any of its affiliated companies or entities, including, but not limited to, Christopher Lowell on the Radio (collectively, "CLE"), are obligated to use your Submission or to pay you for any Submission.
3. It is possible similar Submissions may be submitted to CLE by multiple sources and that a Submission may be similar to ideas generated or developed independently by CLE employees.
